We are incredibly grateful to have found such a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian to care for both our senior dog and our new puppy. From the very first visit, it was clear that Dr. Soco truly cares about the well-being of every animal she sees.
Our elderly dog faced a number of age-related health issues, and the level of attention and variety of treatment options (with both conventional medication and alternative therapies) and recommendations were spot on. Dr. Soco took the time to explain every option clearly, always focusing on comfort, quality of life, and respect for her age. We’ve never felt rushed, and we always leave feeling reassured and supported.
This year, Dr. Soco has helped me with the transition of bringing a new puppy into our home. This has its own set of challenges—everything from vaccinations to typical puppy mischief getting into things she shouldn’t —and I’ve received thoughtful, proactive care at every turn. She truly listens to my concerns, presents all available options, and always puts the animal’s best interests first. Her compassionate care has guided me through challenging situations, including cancer treatment, chronic illness management, reproductive care, and even the difficult decision of euthanasia, and I’ve never felt judged throughout any of these experiences. We have been so pleased with Dr. Soco’s care of my cat, Fluffy. Because of her, he is not only still alive, but thriving!
At first, she identified his illness, hyperthyroidism, and treated him with food and medication.
Later, when he developed kidney disease, she let us know about Darwin’s diet for this condition. Since then, he has gained back most of his weight and is doing so well!

Dr. Soco is truly one of a kind. She has been with us during the most difficult moments—helping us through the passing of two of our beloved pups—and her calm, compassionate energy brought so much peace to those heartbreaking days. I can’t express how much that meant to us.
